Professional Ecology Series all set to run for 2015

Friday, December 12th, 2014

Following the successful completion of our first year of Professional Ecology courses, we are pleased to announce that we will be running more courses in the series for 2015.

The Professional Ecology Series is our programme of specialist courses for ecologists, graduates, recorders and ecological consultants. All courses are delivered by professional ecologists with long-standing experience of working in consultancy, and other organisations. Hand-picked, they are particularly skilled in their chosen field and offer practical insights into their work. Delegates get to learn from working professionals on applied courses, which often include a site visit and case studies. Certificates of attendance are included as proof of learning and we have had some good feedback from course attendees which we will use to make the programme even better.

New topics for 2015

The first course in the 2015 Series will be Bat Mitigation: ideas, inspiration and innovation, on 18th February, in Central London. In addition to a rerun of some of the more popular courses including: Preliminary Ecological Appraisal: an applied approach; and Habitat and Site Assessment for Invertebrates, we will be adding new courses to the programme. Other course topics lined up for 2015 are likely to cover Invasive Species, Public Inquiries, Green Infrastructure and Habitat Creation. Contact us for more details and we’ll make sure you are the first to know when new courses appear.

Improve your ecology knowledge in 2015 by booking a place one of our expert-led classes.

NEW for 2015: Register for at least three courses at once and get our Learning Package discount. Details will be posted on the website soon.
